DIVE TRIPS FROM KO LIPE TO OUTLYING ISLANDS |

| Daily dive trips
from Ko Lipe to outlying islands include Divemaster, boat, tanks, weights,
lunch, drinking water, post dive day drink and snack. All advance bookings require a 20% deposit to be paid at time of booking. All advance bookings must be paid in full at least 30 days in advance or the bookings may be cancelled without notice or refund. All divers must be certified by an internationally recognized agency and you must submit your C-card number and name of the dive organization that certified you at the time of booking. All divers arriving at the dive shop without their C-cards and logbooks will be required to take the Discover Scuba Diving Course or the Open Water Diver Course before they will be allowed to dive. Divers who have not been diving for six (6) months or more will be required to take the Scuba Review program to ensure their safety and the safety of the group they will be diving with. CANCELLATION
POLICY |

|
If
you cancel your booking 45 or more days in advance of the first day
of diving then we will refund you the full amount that you have paid,
less any bank transfer charges. If you cancel within 30 - 44 days you will loose your 20% deposit. If you cancel between 15 and 29 days then you will loose 50% of your total price of your booking. If you cancel with less than 15 days of your first day of diving then you will loose the full amount of the booking. If we cancel any dive due to our inability to complete the dive(s) i.e.: mechanical breakdown, illness or injury to staff or one of our customers, we will reschedule your dive at the earliest possible time and or refund your money at our discretion. Dives booked are good only on the days they are booked for. Refunds will not be given for divers who fail to show up for their booked divers. |

WE
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CARRY DIVING EMERGENCY INSURANCE IN CASE OF
AN ACCIDENT. MANY INSURANCE COMPANIES DO NOT OFFER COVERAGE IN THEIR
TRAVEL INSURANCES. MAKE SURE YOURS DOES OR GET INSURANCE THROUGH THE
DIVERS ALERT NETWORK AT A DIVE SHOP NEAR YOU OR BY GOING ON LINE TO
www.danseap.org AND GET COVERAGE
THROUGH THEM. DAN IS A NON-PROFIT DIVE SAFETY ASSOCIATION WITH OFFICES
IN AMERICA, EUROPE, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, AND SOUTH AFRICA. IF YOU WERE
TO REQUIRE RECOMPRESSION IN A DIVE CHAMBER IT WOULD COST YOU $800 US
PER HOUR. MOST TREATMENTS REQUIRE AT LEAST 6 HOURS AND DO NOT INCLUDE
TRANSPORT TO THE CHAMBER. IF YOU NEED TO BE TRANSPORTED BY HELICOPTER
IT MAY COST YOU AN ADDITIONAL $10,000 US. INSURANCE IS CHEAP. PLEASE
USE IT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR MEDICAL CARE IF YOU ARE INJURED. |

You
are required to pay all bank charges. We will hold your reservation
for 10 days. If we do not receive payment then we cancel the reservation.
Please let us know what day you have sent the money transfer. It takes
about 7 days to make it to our bank in Satun from anywhere in the world. It is best if you can fax a copy of the transfer form to us at ++(66)-7473-4104 so that we can ensure that the correct amount has arrived on time Before coming to Thailand, it is wise to get a complete medical before you leave your home country. Tell your doctor that you will be taking a SCUBA diving course and have him check your ear, nose and throat for infections. Ear and sinus problems are the number one problem with divers and these infections will prevent you from taking or finishing your courses or your dive trips. |

making your bookings please let us know of anything that we can do to
make your stay more comfortable. Do you require special foods (vegetarian,
no pork, no beef, etc.). Are you allergic to any foods (we provide lunch
on our dive trips)? Are you disabled in any way? etc. |

| ROOM RESERVATIONS FOR THE DIVER: | ||||

We will
make room bookings for you, if you are booking for diving more
than 2 days. Give us a call and we will be happy to make a
booking for our customer. Then we will make your room booking as your
request. There are 9 resorts on the island. Prices range anywhere from:
200 baht for a basic bamboo thatch hut with toilet/shower and mattress
on the floor, 500 baht per night for a nice bamboo thatch hut with toilet/shower,
bed, mosquito net, and fan, the concrete bungalow with bathroom/fan/mosquito
net for 600-700 baht/night, 1,560 -1,860 baht/night for big concrete
bungalow with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. |
